Ronaldinho has Been Jailed In Paraguay
Ronaldinho Gaucho and his brother Roberto de Asis are set to spend at least 6 months in jail following their arrest. The two are being accused of using falsified passports in Paraguay.
The Paraguayan Police then arrested them and pressed charges against the player and his brother.

The two are said to have admitted that they used the false passports but there was no harm done to the Paraguayan state.
Their lawyer confirmed that they did not know that the passports were irregular and they cooperated fully with the authorities.

Both were arrested and remanded in custody on Saturday after being caught trying to enter Paraguay using the falsified documents.Reuters Report stated
The law enforcers in Paraguay have stated that they will hold him for 6 months as they complete investigation. He was taken in on Friday and on Saturday he was taken to a maximum security facility.
Although he retired from professionally football in 2015, Ronaldinho, who also represented Brazilian clubs Atletico Mineiro, Flamengo and Fluminense, is still hugely popular with global football fans for his skills and showmanship.

The 39-year-old was named FIFA world player of the year in 2004 and 2005 and won the World Cup with Brazil in 2002 and the Champions League with Barcelona in 2006.
