The SACCO has embraced mobile banking methods and now IG SACCO members can easily deposit money into their accounts or make loan repayment using Mpesa.
By dialing *879# and following the procedure, you will be able to access IG SACCO Mobile money services such as deposits, withdrawals and balance inquiry.
For you to use this service you first need to link your IG SACCO account to the mobile money services. You can easily do this by visiting the nearest IG SACCO branch.
To be able to make loan repayment with IG SACCO use the IG SACCO Mpesa PayBill number 705001
IG SACCO Mpesa Paybill Number. How to make Loan repayment via Mpesa
- Open the Mpesa Menu
- Go to Lipa na Mpesa option
- Select Paybills
- Enter the IG SACCO Mpesa Paybill Number 705001
- Under the account number enter your ID number followed by the respective loan code eg 32562576002436
- Enter the loan amount you wish to pay
- Enter your Mpesa PIN number
- Confirm the details and send
You will receive an Mpesa confirmation SMS concerning your payment.
