How to send money to Prime bank account with Mpesa
- Choose Paybill option
- Enter Prime Bank PayBill number 982800
- Then enter Prime Bank account number eg 01173863754
- Enter the amount you wish to send to your bank account
- Then enter your M-PESA PIN
- Confirm that all details you have entered are correct
- Press okay to complete the transaction
You will receive a confirmation SMS from both Mpesa and Prime Bank confirming your transaction.

Prime Mobi app is another convenient way to send and withdraw money from your Prime Bank account.
The app helps you to send money to your account, withdraw funds directly to Mpesa, check balance and pay for utilities such as DStv, power bills, water bills and so on
If you are a Prime bank account holder, what you need to do to access this services is to download the Prime Mobi, mobile app from the Play store for android and Appstore for iPhone users.
Once you have installed the app, create your log in credentials and link your Prime bank account to the app.
