New Radio Stations Spice FM and Vybez Radio Hit The Airwaves
Standard Media Group has launched brand new radio stations Spice FM and Vybes radio. These will see the number of both TV stations owned by standard Media group increase tremendously as the digital content demand continues to grow in the country.
Spice radio will offer cutting edge technology with both audio and video signals and streaming capabilities on multiple online platforms thanks to their state of the art and latest equipment. Spice FM will focus on soul and rnb music while vybez Radio will be the home for the reggae fun across the country and beyond.
“Spice FM seeks to plug the gap for various elevated conversation on radio while Vybez radio is a platform for the youth to articulate petinant issues of governance health, education and general information on the principle NOBODY CAN STOP REGGAE”.Said Jerome Ochieng PS,ICT.
This move comes just some come at a time radio stations are trying to empress online streaming on multiple platforms with NRG Radio having proven and set the pace for other media houses.
Mediamax company operating K24 and a number radio stations are also preparing a paradigm shift on how they will be broadcasting their content with a major focus on 24hr broadcast and state of the art programs to be launched. The move is expected to take effect this Friday.
