The average monthly salary of a lecturer in Kenya is between Ksh. 120,000 to Ksh. 275,000. However, a majority of lectures are on the middle scale earning a salary of Ksh. 215,000 per month. The lowest paid lecturers earn a salary of Ksh. 93,500 per month.
