How to Deposit Money to Your Safaricom SACCO Account Using Mpesa
- Go to M-Pesa Menu
- Select Lipa Na M-Pesa option
- Select Paybill
- Enter Safaricom SACCO Business number 505100
- Enter Account Number (Members ID/PP No Use the one used as registration for SACCO) – For Example – 2345678D (The ‘D’ after Id number is for deposit)
- Enter Amount you wish to deposit eg Ksh.5000
- Enter your Mpesa Pin
- Confirm and send
- You get confirmation from Safsacco shortly
How to Deposit Share Capital To You Safaricom SACCO Account Using Mpesa
- Go to M-Pesa Menu
- Select Lipa Na M-Pesa
- Select Paybill
- Enter Safaricom SACCO Business number 505100
- Enter Account Number (Members ID/PP No Use the one used as registration for SACCO) – For Example – 2345678S (The ‘S’ after Id number is for Shares)
- Enter Amount Example Sh.10,000
- Enter your Mpesa Pin
- Confirm Pin and send
- You will shortly get a confirmation SMS from SAFSACCO
How to Make Loan Repayment To Safaricom SACCO Using Mpesa
- Go to M-Pesa Menu
- Select Lipa Na M-Pesa option
- Select Paybill
- Enter Safaricom SACCO Business number 505100
- Enter Account Number (Members ID/PP No Use the one used as registration for SACCO) – For Example – 2345678Dev (The ‘Dev’ after Id number is for Development loan) See codes below for other loans
- Enter Amount you wish to pay eg Sh.15,000
- Enter your Mpesa Pin
- Confirm and send
- You will receive a confirmation SMS from SAFSACCO for your payment
Safaricom SACCO SafCIRI- Molile Application and USSD *345#
The Sacco has a mobile application – SafCIRI on both the Google Playstore & Apple Store for FOSA and BOSA payments. They also have a USSD Code (*345#) that is convenient to enable members access their FOSA savings, salaries and loans paid via any phone and transfer is made to their M-PESA accounts in real time.
If you have neither used the *345# service nor the app before select Register, else select Activate. Registration: Enter your phone and ID number and an OTP shall be send to you via SMS. Login to the app using the OTP and you will be prompted to change to your own preferred 4-digit PIN to use every time you access the app.
That PIN will also be usable on the USSD *345# service. Activation: Launch app on phone. Click on Activate account, then select send me an activation key, Enter your phone number and PIN that you set. Click ok when prompted an activation code will sent. On receiving activation code via SMS, enter the 6-digit code on the app and click ok. Lastly enter your USSD PIN to login to the app. Remember both *345# and safCIRI mobile app use the same PIN.
