How to Deposit Money in Kenya USA Diaspora SACCO Using Mpesa

The Sacco is registered with Safaricom to accept payments using Paybill number 577427 from a Safaricom registered phone number.

1. Go to your M-Pesa menu on your phone
2. Select Lipa na M-Pesa option
3. Select Pay Bill
4. Enter the business number (577427)

Kenya USA Diaspora SACCO is registered with Wave o accept direct payment to SACCO account in Kenya. The WAVE services are available to Kenyans in the U.S, Canada and the U.K. To be able to send money into your Kenya Diaspora SACCO with WAVE;

1. Open Wave and log into your account. (Create a profile if you do not have one already)
2. Enter Your recipient name. (Example: SACCO). Two options will pop up. Select “New Bank Recipient”)
3. Type Kenya USA Diaspora SACCO
4. Select the Bank (Coop Bank)
5. Enter the SACCO Account Number and click “Save”. This info will be saved for future transactions. Call Sacco @ +1 678 398 7728 or +254 792 746 217 for bank account details.
6. Send your money normally. It’s highly recommended that you send an arbitrary figure to distinguish it from others. For example, rather than entering $50.00, you can send $50.45.
7. Once you receive a deposit confirmation email from Wave, send it immediately to the SACCO with your name and membership number at payments@kenyadiasporasacco.com

* Note that once you set up the Sacco name and account number in Wave, the steps will reduce to only 3.
