How to redeem Telkom Ziada Points
To redeem your Telkom Ziada point into data bundles or minutes, dial *126#. Follow the prompts below to redeem your Ziada points into free internet, airtime or gadgets.
You must have enough Ziada points to be able to redeem.
- Dial *126#
- Select Get Free Data bundles to redeem your points into data bundles
- Select the data package you wish to redeem according to your cumulative Ziada points
- Select ‘Get Free Airtime’ if you wish to redeem your Ziada point into airtime
- Select ‘Device Redemption’ if you wish to redeem your points into a device.

- For 1649 points, you can redeem 1GB of data valid for 24 hours.
- 4149 Telkom Ziada points can be redeemed to 2GB of data valid for 7 days.
