Step 1: Log In to your Gmail mailbox.

Using your email and password log into your Gmail account as usual. Do not worry If you had deleted the email you are looking for.

 

Step 2: Hover to the top left column and scroll down until you see the ‘More’ option. Click on More

Step 3: From here another list will open up in addition to the current one. Scroll down further until you see ‘Trash’ Option. Click on Trash option

Step 4: Click on the trash option to view a list of all deleted emails associated to your account. Here you will find all emails that you deleted. If you have a long list opt deleted emails in your trash box, click the next page to view older emails you deleted.

Step 5: Identify the email you wish to restore from the mailbox. You can identify the email by date it was send to you or the title of the specific email.

Step 6: Once you have Identified the email you wish to restore, right-click on it to highlight various options. Select Move to inbox option to restore your deleted email.

Step 7: Go to your main or primary inbox to find the deleted email. Here you can click on it and it will open. The email will contain all the original content.
