- Log into your Showmax account using your phone or computer

- Select My Account from the available menu
- Select Manage Subscription option
- Choose your subscription from the list
- Select M-pesa as your payment method
- Choose the your subscription plan eg 1,3 or 6 months
- Enter your mobile number you wish to pay with
- A payment will be initiated on your phone through a push notification
- Enter your M-Pesa PIN and send to complete the process
- You will receive a payment confirmation SMS from both M-pesa and Showmax confirming your payment
Should the mobile payment process fail to initiate a push message on your Mpesa phone number, repeat the process again until it works out.
