There are two major methods one can use to kopa the airtel airtime credit. Both the ways involves use of the short USSD codes.
But before you can qualify for kopa credo of any amount, your line must have been active for some months and you should also have a history of airtime purchasing.
The Kopa Credo service allows Airtel pre-paid subscribers to receive and use airtime on credit. Any subscribers with a minimum recharge of 10 Kes in the preceeding 90 days qualifies for Kopa Credo.

- To get airtel airtime in advance, dial *310# on your Airtel line
- Select 1 for Kopa Credo
- Select 2 for Kopa Internet
- Enter the amount you wish to borrow
- Confirm your choice
- Send
- You will receive a confirmation SMS for your request with the exact amount you have been credited and the total amount you will repay.
The *310# option allows you to access other services among them
- Kopa unliminate
- Check your debt balance
- Verify your eligibility
- And repay your airtime advance
How to Kopa credo with *544#
The good news is that Airtel gives you alternative way to get that airtime or internet. By dialing *544# you can also access the kopa credo services and other services as well.
- Dial *544# on your Airtel line
- Select option 4 ‘Kopa’
- Select option 1 for kopa credo
- Select the amount of airtime you wish to borrow according to your limit
You can also get internet data bundles directly through the *544# option.
The airtime borrowed can as well be used to purchase data and you can use it to send SMS as well. The amount borrowed is usually recovered from your next recharge either as a whole or in installment.
Once you have received the credit through Kopa credo, you are supposed to repay it back within 72 hours.
