Well, Equity bank has standardized the amount of money one is charged when withdrawing money from any Equity bank ATM machine or agent countrywide. However, the amount charged will vary depending on the amount one intents to withdraw.
For instance you will be charged Ksh.25 at Equity Bank ATM or Equity agent to withdraw of Ksh.2500 or less. On the other hand, you will be charged Ksh.45 to withdraw Ksh. 5000 from Equity bank ATM or Agent. The maximum amount one can withdraw using at debit card with Equity is Ksh.30,000 and the maximum transaction withdrawal charges is Ksh.225.
With the ATM withdrawal capped at a maximum of Ksh.30,000 per day using a debit card. This limit can be amended upwards at any Equity branch and the maximum frequency can be set to up to five times per day.
