Stima Sacco Unveils New Digital Banking Features on M-Stima to Boost Member Convenience
In a move aimed at enhancing customer experience and transaction efficiency, Stima Sacco has announced the rollout of new functionalities on its M-STIMA Mobile App and Internet Banking platforms.
The updates, officially launched on June 30, 2025, are designed to offer members greater flexibility, accessibility, and control over their financial transactions.
Among the key additions is the introduction of Online Wire Transfers via EFTs and RTGS, enabling members to transfer up to KES 999,999 directly from their accounts under the Funds Transfer menu. This new capability supplements existing services like PesaLink and M-Pesa withdrawals.
To use this service, members will be required to opt in through the app or online banking system.
Another significant update is the Cheque Book Application feature, which now allows users to request cheque books digitally through the M-STIMA App or Internet Banking. This development eliminates the need to visit physical branches, saving members time and streamlining service delivery.
Members with fixed deposit accounts also benefit from the new Fixed Deposit Statement Access functionality. With this feature, users can easily view and download their fixed deposit account statements, enhancing transparency and simplifying financial record-keeping.
In support of its business clientele, Stima Sacco has also introduced 5-digit Tills for Business Collections. This functionality allows business members to collect payments more efficiently through designated tills, improving the speed and reliability of commercial transactions. Interested members are encouraged to visit their nearest branch to apply for the service.
