Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Recognised as Top Employer in Africa for 2026
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) (www.CCBAGroup.com) has been recognised as a Top Employer in Africa for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, reaffirming the company’s commitment to building an inclusive, high-performance workplace across the continent. In addition to the regional honour, CCBA’s operations in Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda have each received Top Employer certification at a country level.
This achievement marks CCBA’s second consecutive year of regional certification. Operations in Ethiopia, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda also retained their country-level certifications, with all four improving their overall scores compared to the previous year. The 2026 recognition further represents a milestone for CCBA, as Botswana, Kenya and Mozambique earned Top Employer certification for the first time.
The Top Employers Institute, active in 125 countries and regions, is widely regarded as the global authority on human resources certification, benchmarking and best-practice advisory. Its assessment is based on the HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organisations across six key domains: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
“This certification reflects our deep commitment to creating meaningful growth opportunities for our people,” said Natasa Prodanovic, Chief People and Culture Officer at CCBA. “We are focused on providing a dynamic environment where learning, development and collaboration are part of everyday work, supported by a passionate and caring team.”
She added: “At CCBA, we don’t simply offer jobs—we create opportunities. We equip our people with the right tools, challenge them to grow, and empower them to build careers they can truly call their own. By investing in our people, we strengthen our culture, our communities and our long-term success across Africa.”
