• Dial *522# USSD code on your mobile phone
• Enter your KCB Bank PIN and press okay
• You will be directed to the Main Menu
• Select MyKash option on the Menu and press okay
• On the list of possibilities that will appear on MyKash, select MPESA option
• The MPESA menu will then give you choices of where you want to send the money (To My phone or another phone number)
• Select My Phone option to send money to your Mpesa account
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw according to the range provided. (Minimum Ksh.50 maximum Ksh.70,000)
• Confirm the amount and proceed with the transaction
• Upon confirming, the money will be deposited to your Mpesa account.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS from both KCB and Mpesa confirming your transaction.

By following this simple procedure, you will be able to withdraw money and send it direct to your Mpesa wallet.

How to withdraw money from your KCB account to a different M-pesa number.

• Dial *522# USSD code on your mobile phone
• Enter your KCB Bank PIN and press okay
• You will be directed to the Main Menu
• Select MyKash option on the Menu and press okay
• On the list of possibilities that will appear on MyKash, select MPESA option
• The MPESA menu will then give you choices of where you want to send the money (To My phone or another phone number)
• Select Another Phone Number option to send money to an Mpesa recipient
• Enter the Mpesa phone number of the recipient
• Enter the amount you wish to withdraw according to the range provided. (Minimum Ksh.50 maximum Ksh.70,000)
• Confirm the amount and proceed with the transaction
• Upon confirming, the money will be send to the Mpesa account of the recipient.
• You will receive a confirmation SMS from both KCB and Mpesa confirming your transaction.
• The recipient will also receive a confirmation SMS from both Mpesa and KCB confirming the transaction.

You can also easily withdraw money using the KCB M-Benk account or KCB mobile App. By simply downloading the app and signing in with your KCB Bank account, you will be able to send money to your Mpesa wallet easily. The option will also allow you to send money to other Mpesa recipients.

You can only transfer money or receive money to and from your KCB account if you have an account with KCB. In case you do not have a KCB account, you can easily open one online.

How to open a KCB account – KCB Self-care

• Go to your Mpesa Menu using your Safaricom SIM card
• Head to payment services
• Select Pay Bill option
• Enter the number 522522 under the Business Number option
• Under the account number, enter your National Identification Number (ID Number) eg 12345678
• Deposit any amount you wish (Min Ksh.50 Max Ksh.70,000)
• Press Okay and enter your Mpesa PIN number
• You will receive an SMS on your phone bearing your User ID and KCB M-Benki PIN and another SMS bearing your M-Benki Account Number.
• Your account will now be active and you will official be an account holder with KCB.
• You can now access your account and make deposit or withdrawal by dialing *522# USSD code to use the M-Benk services.
• Through the KCB mobile app, you can also register and open an account
